- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always transparent and fair. I charge a flat diagnostic fee, which is waived if the customer proceeds with the repair. All repair quotes include parts, labor, and tax—no hidden fees. I offer discounts for repeat customers, senior citizens, and sometimes for multiple appliances during the same visit. I always explain the cost before starting any work so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a brief phone call to understand the issue, then schedule an in-home diagnostic visit. Once I identify the problem, I explain the repair options and provide a quote. If the customer agrees, I complete the repair as quickly as possible—often the same day if I have the part.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed technical training in appliance diagnostics and repair and regularly update my skills through manufacturer courses and certifications. I also have extensive hands-on experience working with major brands including LG, Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Maytag, Kenmore, Bosch, KitchenAid, Amana, Hotpoint, Haier, and Miele. Staying up to date with the latest models and technologies helps me provide fast and accurate service for any type of appliance.
