- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Family Business was built on quality service, a quality product and Customer satisfaction by all mean necessary. We offer discounts to our Military Veterans. We offer great affordable prices being we are a small family business with very little overhead which enables us to pass the savings on to our customers. We've never got away from quality service, a quality product, and Customer Satisfaction, and to this day, we still and always will maintain these core values of any business we associate ourselves to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts at our first contact with the customer. We listen, we give any advice to help the customers by going over things that may save them a service call and then we move forward. Honesty and helping customers is our true meaning behind Quality Customer Satisfaction which leads to a Quality Customer Service company
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training came from my Father who worked for General Motors when they were the manufacturers of Frigidaire Appliances. My Father Ernest Bayless was a Factory ServiceMaster who taught the Factory Service Class for Tech's looking to be Factory Authorized Service Technicians for Frigidaire Products. My Father also owned the Frigidaire Parts and Service Company, first in Northeastern Ohio, Authorized Dealership of Frigidaire Products. My on the job training lasted up until I graduated high school. My twin and I enlisted into the United States Marine Corp, specializing in radio communications repair. After 6 years I went back to the family business, became a Factory Authorize Tech for all the major Appliance manufacturers like Whirlpool, Maytag, General Electric, Westinghouse. As a Contractor in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, you're understanding of plumbing, electrical, and all aspects of building commercial and residential help in additional knowledge needed to become the Technician and Business Owner I am today.
