What can I not say about this company and the gentleman that represent the quality of their work. We've been having constant issues with our Samsung fridge over freezing, not cooling properly, ice maker frozen, and a constant pain to deal with. I reached out to Same Day Applicance repair and within 10 minutes of scheduling an appointment (tomorrow, 5/11) and asked if I was able to do it today instead (5/10). Of course, I immediately jumped on the opportunity to have the service completed. Chris came out and took the time to understand the issues and new immediately what was causing the issues. He also took the time to explain to me everything he was doing, why it was happening, and also providing me information on proper maintenance that isn't given by Samsung. This company and team are top notch, and would recommend in a heartbeat to anyone needing appliance repair. Cheers Same Day Appliance Team!!
