We had been looking for a company to do our drawings for close to two months to no avail. The first time I tried Thumbtack I did not get any responses. As a last resort, I tried again. Heard by Sylla International, right away. They came out to my house within a few days and off we went. Got my drawings in record time and submitted for permitting. Sylla International kept in contact to give progress and other suggestions. Great people. Would highly recommend.

Sylla and his designer wife gave us not only professional plans but insights and suggestions to make our project a success. They took the time to see and measure the space and also to understand my vision for the use of our new room--tackling some big challenges of our older home. And they didn't mind traveling to get to us. Very nice people to work with-I would highly recommend them!

We determine our fees using one of the following three methods:
1. Hourly Rate: This method entails charging based on the number of hours worked on the project.
2. Fixed Fee: A lump-sum fee for the entire project will be quoted, taking into account an estimated number of hours and required resources.
3. Percentage Fee: This method charges a percentage of the total project cost and is particularly suitable for larger projects with a defined budget.
After our initial consultation, we will discuss the most suitable fee structure for your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial consultation with potential clients, we conduct a thorough assessment to develop a tailored fee proposal aligned with each project's specific requirements and preferences. Upon engagement, we collaborate closely with our clients throughout the project to ensure its success.

All members of our firm hold a degree in architecture and/or interior design, and collectively, we boast over 75 years of extensive professional experience.
