- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We determine our fees using one of the following three methods: 1. Hourly Rate: This method entails charging based on the number of hours worked on the project. 2. Fixed Fee: A lump-sum fee for the entire project will be quoted, taking into account an estimated number of hours and required resources. 3. Percentage Fee: This method charges a percentage of the total project cost and is particularly suitable for larger projects with a defined budget. After our initial consultation, we will discuss the most suitable fee structure for your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial consultation with potential clients, we conduct a thorough assessment to develop a tailored fee proposal aligned with each project's specific requirements and preferences. Upon engagement, we collaborate closely with our clients throughout the project to ensure its success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All members of our firm hold a degree in architecture and/or interior design, and collectively, we boast over 75 years of extensive professional experience.
