Edward Valiente was a pleasure to work with in every way. My wife and I had a vision for a custom project that required knowledge of local permitting and building codes, as well as modern construction concepts. The construction process in Temple Terrace, Florida is notoriously complicated, but Edward made the whole experience flow as smoothly as can be. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are based on level of service required by each client. Our goal is fee transparency without hidden costs. The amount of money involved in construction can create concern, and we do our best to guide all our clients through the process.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial meeting, we stay in touch with our clients throughout the process to deliver on time, quality, reliable service with a personal touch. We can work remotely and deliver services, including electronically signed permit documents via e-mail, for online permit submittals or ship blueprints directly to the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an Architect licensed in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina with a Master of Architecture degree and over 35 years of experience.
