Throughout my life I played all sorts of sports and practiced 4 different types of Martial Arts. Safe to say I considered myself to be athletic. However, just before moving to Florida I let myself get out of shape pretty badly. After working with various personal trainers, attending different Martial Arts training gyms and doing my own workouts, I felt as if I had plateaued and was getting nowhere. I would push myself to my limits (or so I thought) and still nothing. I knew Steve from previously working with him (in an office setting). Just in conversation one day, I spoke to him about how I felt that no matter what I tried I was not seeing any more results. He offered to be my workout partner and see what we could accomplish. âWOW!!!â is all I could say to the results. Steveâs attention to the details and the motivation he provided pushed me beyond those limits I thought I had.
