- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are relatable to the industry, but no two projects are alike so I like to give individual attention to each project to give the best price available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for my customers is too come out and give an estimate at their residence, that way we can talk about the project and answer any questions they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had training from multiple industry professionals in all facets of flooring installation as well as bathroom remodeling, and have been leading installer for companies I have contracted for in the past.
