I've always struggled with motivation to get in the gym and stay in shape, and when my husband came to me and said we should try out TGF Boot Camp I was hesitant. After the first couple of classes I was hooked! The way Mike designs these work outs not only challenges you but truly work for all body types! Don't worry if you have bad joints here and there either bc he's great at modifying them just for you! After about one month of going to classes I began to receive so many compliments on the way I lost weight and looked so healthy! Mike & Everyone you meet are super friendly and encouraging. They take you in right away and make you feel comfortable (which I always struggled with at other gym's). I feel like I'm a part of an awesome family at TGF. We work really hard and have so much fun. I never thought I would be someone who would "miss" the gym on the days I can't make it in!

After college, I found myself struggling to find the motivation and self-discipline to go to the gym. Luckily, I decided to take a class at TGF and am so happy I did. The environment is extremely welcoming, motivating, and addictive. The trainers develop creative ways to push your body to the limit each and every session. They treat everyone with respect, and are focused on helping you achieve YOUR personal goals. Since joining TGF, I have noticed an improvement in my strength and endurance. I have also grown to love group training and the boot camp style classes as it has been a great way to meet people, hold one another accountable, and have fun while doing it. Whether you are someone who is looking to give working out/fitness a try for the first time, or a seasoned athlete, this gym is where it's at!

Mike is hands down one of the best in the business. He is knowledgable and is a great motivator! He has been great with assisting me in reaching my fitness goals! As my goals change he adapts accordingly!

Michael is a great motivator. I have been working with him for the past few months. He is a personal trainer who is friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He is always encouraging even when I am whining too much. I am looking forward to boot camp classes now.

Working out at TGF has been nothing but a positive experience. It is a great team atmosphere while each trainer know's your individual goals, needs, and any injuries you may have. As someone who has been to a lot of different group training style gyms this one truly does stand out!! If you want to get in shape, meet amazing people and be around like minded people who push you to meet your goals, then get to TGF!!
