What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We visit the client, discuss the project, go through samples and create a work plan. Once the client agrees to work with us, we get the products and schedule the work. We strive to have our floors installed within 1 week after the initial appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience working in the flooring industry, mainly in tiles, ceramic, natural stone and porcelain.
