- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Right away, we like to schedule a free consultation, and get an idea of the client vision and goals. From there we work with the client to craft a menu and experience that they will remember for a long time to come!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We come from cooking families, the both of us. Our grandparents were chefs and worked in the kitchen with some of the South’s most honored culinary talents. It’s always been in our blood, and there something so therapeutic, and nurturing, in being able to tell stories through a decent meal.
