Like most great inventions, The Comfort Authority came about through necessity. In our years so far, we've gained the wisdom that there are many companies that can fix, sell, and replace air conditioners or repair plumbing issues, but very few truly understand home comfort.
We have seen — and continue to witness — work performed that doesn’t reflect the true definition of air conditioning or the craftsmanship and care plumbing systems require. My Husband and I just recently had Maintenance service for our HVAC and Plumbing systems through Comfort Authority and the two gentlemen that came out were awesome. Dalton was very professional and friendly and helped us out with a last minute issue with our shutoff valve that was seized up. Later in the same day Glenn came out and serviced our HVAC and he was also great. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some good tips for maintenance going forward. They both gave us quotes on future items to fix or improve issues we are having.
