We just became first time home owners and everything felt overwhelming. We needed to get our unit serviced for water that seemed to be leaking out. I was amazed at how quickly Baltimore Controls got back to me with a quote and how quickly Murdock came out and got us fixed up. One less thing for us to stress about. I'll definitely be using them for any upcoming issues that might arise. Definitely recommended for great communication and quick, no-fuss, straight-forward work done right.

Murdock and his team were absolutely amazing to work with! We usually opt to assemble items ourself, but from now on I plan to call Baltimore Controls. What a professional, valuable and positive experience. Murdock completed 3 jobs for us. He removed our old basketball backboard and installed our new mount and backboard on the existing pole. Next, his team assembled a gaming table (pool/ ping pong) with benches. They took care in transporting a very heavy piece upstairs and then assembling. Very impressive. Last job was to install a new Nest doorbell system - again, perfectly. I can’t tell you how many contractors/ people we have had in our house and Murdock’s team was top notch. Can’t wait to call him for our next project! Thank you Murdock and Pat!

I can not choose 3 of the 5 exceptional qualities Murdoch demonstrated in the installation, but he deserved all 5. He got me out of a pickle with this install. Microwave looks great!
