FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price every electrical job upfront before any work begins — no hourly surprises, no hidden fees. You'll know the total cost before our licensed electrician touches a single wire. That's our commitment. For most residential electrical services in Tampa — including panel upgrades, EV charger installation, generator hookups, outlet repair, and circuit breaker replacement — we provide free on-site estimates. Pricing varies by job scope, but we're transparent throughout. Financing is available for larger projects like whole-home rewiring, electrical panel upgrades, and whole-home generator installation, so cost doesn't have to be a barrier to getting the work done safely and correctly. We don't compete on being the cheapest electrician in Tampa. We compete on doing the job right the first time, pulling the proper Hillsborough & Pinellas County permits, and standing behind our work with the Neighborly Done Right Promise. With 1,000+ Google reviews, our pricing reflects the quality Tampa homeowners expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is straightforward and designed to respect your time: Step 1 — Contact & Scheduling. Call us directly or request a quote from our profile. We offer same-day scheduling for most electrical repairs and installations throughout Tampa Bay. For larger projects like electrical panel upgrades, generator installation, or EV charger installation, we schedule a free on-site assessment first. Step 2 — On-Site Assessment. A licensed electrician comes to your home, evaluates the scope of work, and provides a written upfront price. No vague estimates — you know the cost before we start. Step 3 — Permit Filing (When Required). For permitted work — panel upgrades, generator installation, new circuits, EV charger installation — we handle the Hillsborough or Pinellas County permit process entirely. You don't have to navigate the permit office or coordinate inspections. Step 4 — Installation. Our fully stocked trucks are equipped to complete most jobs in a single visit. We protect your home, clean up after ourselves, and don't leave until the work is done right. Step 5 — Inspection & Sign-Off. For permitted work, we schedule and coordinate the Hillsborough or Pinellas County inspection. We also coordinate with utility company for panel upgrades and new service installations.
