Doctor Janitorial is a 21st century cleaning company. I work for student-housing apartment leasing office. So it’s REALLY important that our offices are clean when we meet students and parents. I’ve had plenty of interactions with outside vendors like cleaning companies. They are pretty normal and they do an okay job, but it’s like they are still living in the 1980s. First off, Friday is a young guy so he’s comfortable using technology. From bidding to managing cleaners and sending him photos of anything that was missed, it is really easy to work with Doctor Janitorial because you see everything that is going on from their app on your phone. DJ is great about that. Whenever there is a mistake, they fix it ASAP.
