- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge flat rate for the visit and a few hours of work. If the work is more complex and requires more time or an additional visit there will be another flat rate charged. I will provide these prices in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to understand what the customer needs and is expecting before I begin work to make sure we both understand what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CompTIA A+ Certified. I have 20 years of experience in computer repair and maintenance.
