I had been having problems getting online at home on my Samsung all-in-one. Eric responded on Thumbtack immediately and offered me a very reasonable rate. He took extra time to resolve the issue - multiple viruses- and also updated Windows and made my pc overall more easy to use. He went well above just fixing my computer...he offered extra help by phone once I got it home. He even charged the first rate he quoted, which was for virus clean-up, even though he did much more than that. Now my computer is running beautifully - fast and easy to use! I can't thank Eric enough! What a nice guy too! I would definitely refer friends and family to him and plan to bring future computer issues to his rescue.

I was desperate to fix an issue that I had never seen before. I work from home due health issues and not having a computer affects my paycheck one cent at a time. I was very nervous about someone I did not know coming to the house and taking the laptop. But I am glad Eric from PC Rescue answered my request. He was clear and to the point about what would need to be done. He understood how concerned I was and he went beyond just "fixing the computer". He was careful and I was impressed. In short time he brought it back and is working. Now I am going to let my work know and my friends. In fact I have two other computers to call him on that belong to my friends. Thank you!!!!!!

I'm 100% pleased with the service I received from Eric. He goes above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of his clients. I called him on a Sunday afternoon to see about getting my pc fixed, and within a couple of hours he was at my home to pick up my pc. On top of that it was raining on this particular Sunday. Talk about excellent customer service. He kept me informed throughout the evening as to the progress he'd made on repairing my pc. I received my pc back the next day and Eric was nice enough to bring it back to my home and set it back up. In the end he backed up all my old files and installed Windows 7, now my pc works like new and is virus free!
