- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i use the traditional pricing methods for catering. As a personal Chef I allow my clients to be my guide as gourmands.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have to establish needs and if I can actually be of assistance. Once needs are established I will introduce the customer to my products and match them to their liking and or come up with additional and or alternative options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Hillsborough Community College's Culinary program and have worked under Chefs from all around the world. I am constantly researching the latest culinary trends along with resonating on a wealth of culinary literature that I have stored electronically to have at my finger tips.
