- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tailor my pricing according to the number of students, location, student budget, and requested curriculum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to chat first about your culinary goals and experience to assess how to tailor the class to your needs. After that, we build a clas, or series of classes to strengthen your culinary skills to where you want them to be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the Cookwise Master's Class at SizzleWorks cooking school in Bellevue WA. I am a former bakery owner in Renton Wa. I have been a guest chef for the live viewer cooking show for the local PBS affiliate in Seattle Wa. I currently teach baking classes in Tampa Fl at Williams Sonoma, Armature Works, and will soon be at Mazzaro's Italian Market in St. Petersburg.
