What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A group is defined as five or more people. If you want us to come onsite, and your location is outside the Hillsborough County area, then our group size or class price minimum adjusts based on travel demands.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To the average consumer, CPR is CPR. We know, as a fact, that hospitals in our area want only one curriculum, and if you work in a water environment, another. The CPR skills may be the same regardless of your training, but if you are a Lifeguard, for example, and do not have a Red Cross CPR card, they will make you go back to get one. We help our new clients figure that out before attending a training with us.
