- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate. Once I quote your price, that is the price. It doesn't go up from there like some of the other guys.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting over the phone or in person, followed by me emailing you a planning form that helps me understand kind of what you are looking for at the event. Then a follow up meeting by phone or in person to go over details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a dj now for over 15 years. I always have the newest equipment, Laser and LED lights that create an amazing dance floor. I have completed several classes in Serato and DJ Pro software/hardware mixing and production.
