I am a professional member of IACP (International Association of Canine Professionals) with 14 years of experience in Behavior Modification, Basic Obedience, Advance Obedience, and Puppy Training.
My goal is to teach your dog commands and to train you how to handle your dog.
I feature a results based training program and do not charge by number of sessions but by goals. Your program will end when you are able to handle your dog properly and the connection between you and your best friend makes you feel proud about yourself and your dog.

We worked with Armando to help our American Pitbull Terrier (Cookie) with leash aggression and pulling, and the results have been fantastic. From the very first session, Armando was professional, patient, and clearly knowledgeable about dog behavior. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, which made the whole process feel easy and reassuring.
Our dog made huge improvements - walks are now calm, controlled, and enjoyable instead of stressful. The change is honestly night and day. Armando clearly understands working breeds and knew exactly how to get through to our dog in a way that was firm but fair.
The training was absolutely worth the money, and we’re so grateful for the progress our dog has made. I’d highly recommend Armando to anyone dealing with leash issues or looking for a skilled, reliable trainer.

I can't say enough about Armando. His love of my animals and kindness to me were among the extras. He sure knows how to train the trainers as well as the dogs. My other dog, who was not being trained also learned by watching. I hired him for my fiesty blind dog to improve walking. I have a healing broken shoulder. He kept his promise both doggies can be walked again. Well worth the price and the friendship.

Armando was amazing!! He completely changed my dog over the course of 6 weeks. He not only trained my dog, but also trained us on how to properly handle her. He was great at explaining things in ways that made sense and showing us examples of how to put those in action. The most affordable and knowledgeable trainer in Tampa. Prior to meeting armando i had a really tough time finding a Dogtrainer that can fit my budget as well as teach me how to properly train my puppy. He knows exactly what he is doing and he does a good job at coming up with a training schedule thats easy to understand so that you can reinforce the training with your dog until the next session. Our prices are based on an initial assessment of your dog. Our training programs are tailored based on your goals as a customer and the initial assessment. All dogs are different and all clients also have different expectations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process start with a free phone consultation session where I am going to find out as much as I can about your dog, the environment where he lives and your goals as a dog owner. After that 1st phone consultation session I will offer you the options I believe will be the best for you and your dog.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am member of the International Association of Canine Professionals who has been trained by recognized Dog Trainers in the USA and Canada. My main mentor is Duke Ferguson, one of the most famous dog trainers in the world. I have been applying Duke's philosophy and training techniques with great success.
