Right out of the gate, our trainer, Martha, did a complete evaluation for not just one of our dogs, but both dogs, before any training started. This evaluation was conducted with a variety of questions for us, and observing the behavior of both dogs. I loved reviewing this thorough documented assessment before any training began. We were provided many resources to get our dogs' reactive behavior under control - including the trainer bringing her own dog on-site for the training. I loved how the time was divided with different tactics customized to each dog. After subsequent visits, the behavior has defintiely improved! We will continue using the training advice we were provided! Highly recommend!

Martha is a great trainer! I was very worried that my new puppy wouldn’t be able to be trained and now he has the best puppy manners. Martha is kind, knowledgeable, patient, and has great advice for this new puppy mom. His behavior is so much better and he has learned so many helpful commands. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is always a consult visit before services start. This visit is to evaluate the dog, and to share with the dog owner the training methods and time/effort required by the owner. We will discuss any health issues and other problems or concerns as well.
