- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do. Our team of great service technicians will visit your home, closely examine your plumbing issues and provide the right solutions at the right guaranteed price before any work is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On the first visit to the home if the home owner agrees, we like visually check the overall plumbing system and bring to the home owner's attention any issues we notice. We will always give an up front price before any work is done. And we will always explain in easy to understand language what it is we found and are recommending.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We strongly believe that learning is a life long pursuit. We belong to The Nexstar Network, which helps us with best of service provider practices and we work closely with the best manufacturers in the industry to stay on top of all the latest plumbing products.
