We reached out to a trio of plumbers for a garbagedisposerinstall, and Crystal Clear responded in less than 5 minutes (!) of our initial request.
They setup an appointment within 4 hours of the initial request, and showed up at the very beginning of the appointment window they proposed.
Their work was quick, and top notch, showing that there were no leaks, and the disposer was working as outlined. Pricing was very reasonable, and their demeanor was professional and to the point.

Crystal and John were great! I called to have roots cleared from the sewer line as recommended during our home buying inspection. When John came out he took the time to show me that there were no roots in the sewer line any longer, but the pipe was broken and required a full replacement. Luckily we have insurance coverage for this kind of repair; John and Crystal took the time to explain to the adjuster why it was necessary. This made all the difference when it came to getting them to cover the repairs. Thanks John & Crystal! We will be calling again if we ever need plumbing work done and will be recommending to everyone we know in town!

John is AMAZING! Came out to our house at 9:30 pm on a Sunday night with very little notice. We were in a bind and he cared. His price was beyond fair (we honestly felt it was too low!) He respected COVID precautions, was kind to us and to our pups. Easy to talk to, thorough in his explanation. Definitely a man with integrity and honesty. Here at Crystal Clear Drains, we have upfront pricing which means you will know exactly what your cost for repair and or replacement is. Their is no surprises. We will only perform work when you authorize us to do so.

Every customer is a "Client" to us. We love to develop a rapport and a great working relationship so they don't think twice to call us back.
