David and Gio were communicative and very helpful in fixing a clog and replacing part of my sink. I had called a prior service that made the situation worse, but these two were able to knock it out.

Olin Plumbing Inc.'s reply

Thanks for the great feedback! We’re glad David and Gio were able to step in, fix the clog, and get everything back on track. They do a great job communicating and seeing things through. We appreciate you giving Olin Plumbing the chance to make it right!

Ive had 2 other plumbers come out over the years and theyve been ok. I didnt want to use the last company because of the last person that was sent out so I saw the good reviews for Olin and gave them a call. First off they were up front cost. Second when Jesus came out and looked at it he gave me a price and I could have cried. It was way less than I thought it was going to be.My pipe outside the pvc glue gave out the night before and I called them in the morning since I know where the shut off is. I explained what happened and what I broke trying to save the pipe to Jesus who let me know he could replace what I had with something more sturdy replacing the line with copper and eliminating this strange connection I had.I didnt know the spigot outside requires a code adapter piece on there now. While I thought there was a possibility I could fix what I had I knew Id screw something up and called a professional. It was a smart move.I cant express how comforting and reassuring Jesus was. He was confident about what could be done. He was so professional and made my outside connection look great instead of this big upside down U pvc monstrosity that was outside previously. Olin Plumbing was a life saver and I plan on calling them in the future for what issues will pop up. Ill have my fingers crossed for Jesus again, but I have a feeling hes not the only awesome plumber at Olin!

Olin Plumbing Inc.'s reply

Wow, thank you so much for taking the time to share all of this. We’re really glad you gave us a call and that Jesus was able to walk you through everything and take that stress off your shoulders. He’s great at explaining options, doing things the right way, and making sure it all looks solid when he’s done. We appreciate your trust in Olin Plumbing and we’ll be here whenever the next project or surprise pops up!

Toilet overflowed at midnight, called for emergency service and they arrived in under 45 minutes. Cleared a root clog in the main line, showed me the camera footage. Price was steep for after hours but they cleaned up the mess completely.

Olin Plumbing Inc.'s reply

Thanks for sharing your experience! We’re glad our team could get out there quickly and take care of the root clog, especially in the middle of the night. After-hours emergencies are never fun, but we always aim to be upfront, get the job done right, and leave things clean when we’re finished. We appreciate you trusting Olin Plumbing when it mattered most!

I had an emergency plumbing issue earlier yesterday and was able to get an appointment the very next day (today) with JOSE from Olin Plumbing. He was at my service by 1 pm, he was professional, courteous and honest, and went above and beyond to get the job done. I will definitely be working with JOSE and. this company again!

Olin Plumbing Inc.'s reply
