So the time from request for contact to actual contact was less than 15 mins. That was awesome. The woman I spoke on the phone was pleasant and scheduling was an easy thing. Armando was the fellow to came to the house. He showed up in a timely fashion and did a great job. He communicated what needed to be done as well as potential other work due to the age of the house. The person who shows up to your house to do some work is the face of the company to the customer. Armando did an awesome job of that.
