FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It is never ending. Learning new shapes, designing new shapes. Always on the look out for new and exciting balloon shapes to thrill with.different types of balloon do different things. Something as simple as turning a certaintype of balloon inside out makes it into a different shape altogether. (Geo blossom for those that know,,lol)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
With my lifes history it was just a matter of time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Childrens birthday parties are the most popular but I have to say I am suprised by other reasons folks have me. Bachlorette parties, retirement party, bowling tourney... I guess if there is going to be fun why not have your local balloon man/ magician there. Who is more fun?? No one. movie openings are fun. I did a gig at the Florida Aquarium for " Mermaid fest" Now that was fun. I made mermaids that looked exactly like the "mermaids that were in the tanks. I didnt know who liked them more....the visitors or the mermaids. I found out that they took them home with them. Store openings and trade shows are popular also. I guess besides parties I am booked where you want attention. Like at the trade shows... people will walk aimlessly from both to booth until they see the bright colors and fun shapes. they will gravitate to our booth and stay for a while...
