Dimitri was great. He sent a text 20 minutes before his arrival. He was punctual, professional and did a great job for a good price. I had a ceiling fan and kitchen light replaced as well as a dimmer switch installed. I would use him again. Good job Dimitri.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We trying to give maximum pleaser and satisfaction during all process of working with us.
First, we doing online estimation as it's settled here at Thumbtack.
Second, we drive to your place for real meeting. Getting all notes about project you would like to be done. As professional we share with you our ideas about your project.
Third, discuss final price, which is normal same as it was estimated on the first step.
After all 3 steps are done, and we discuss deadlines, we start to work and you start to watch and enjoy how professionals doing perfect job.
No downpayment.
Since the project is finished, we go around with customer to make sure everything done perfect. Everybody smiles and we drink champagne )
