- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimates are extremely detailed and the line items are laid out in a very transparent fashion so that our customers know exactly what they're paying for. We detail the steps needed to complete the job and the exact products that will be used.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call to get a general idea of their project, their timeline and unique needs. Then we set up an on-site estimate to walk their home and write up a detailed scope of work. When this is complete, we can present them with their estimate and go down all of their options.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Dad worked in commercial construction for over 30 years and passed his knowledge down to me.
