- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are here to provide a professional service that you would expect from any large company, but with the customer service and support of a small business. Our prices are competitive because you won’t see our name all over town on buses, bus stops or people shaking signs. We do typically offer a 10% discount if our customers are willing to work around our schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) We give a FREE estimate 2) Customer book a spot on our calendar (25% deposit required) 3) Customer choose the colors 4) 1 day before starting the job we power-wash the house 5) At the end of the job, we walk-around the house together and we collect the final payment. Continue communication between us and the customer during the all process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crews are professional painters that have a minimum 15 years experience in painting houses.
