FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our initial meeting has no cost or obligation. The goal is for us to get to know one another, learn about your goals and concerns, and for us to share in detail how we work with our clients. We want this meeting to be valuable and at the very least we'll share a pointer or two on how you can do better with your finances (on your own or with the assistance of your existing advisor). Our service is tailored to each client's circumstances. If you wish to engage our Financial Planning Services, we charge a flat-fee for our service. If you seek our Professional Investment Management service, we work on a fee-based basis. If we manage over $1million for our clients' assets, our Financial Planning fee is waived. A minority of our clients do not engage in a Financial Planning relationship and instead obtain products from us (529 College Savings Accounts, Life Insurance, etc), and for such products, we receive a commission.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every relationship begins with a face-to-face meeting typically at our Tampa office, however, we can accommodate meeting at your office or the convenience of your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
