- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most clients prefer one on one strength training to help build lean muscle and burn fat. But I also have clients that enjoy doing yoga, or spin to help relieve tension and excess stress that builds up during the week.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Start with an introductory session. Talk to the trainer about your goals and their plan of attack and make sure they match. A good trainer will be able to provide a lot of great information on how and why his techniques work.
