Introduction: I care about all of my clients on a personal level. I literally put myself into their shoes and am with them every second of the journey, I have also been in their shoes so I can identify with them through every step of the program. I have contact with all of my clients daily through text, email, or phone. I am available to all of my clients 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. I get to help people feel better, look better, and get healthier every single day! I get texts with photos of my clients trying on smaller jeans or wearing a 2 piece bathing suit for the first time in years. I get to help my clients have more self esteem and more self confidence, everyday is an amazing day for me!!

I met with my trainer this week for the first time and was very impressed with her professionalism and her motivation to help me devise a specific plan to assist me achieve my goal. She explained everything to me and arrived on time as well. I look forward to working with Jenny as she is very sweet and supportive, and not too pushy.

From the start Keith was always very professional and knowledgable. From my first submission to look for a trainer he was very elaborate in his answer in how he could take me to the next level of my fitness training. The initial consultation was very thorough and he was very personable and genuine. Makes you feel that he really has an interest in seeing you succeed. I've had a couple of training sessions and its been great... I already feel more energetic and stronger.. That coupled with his focus on nutrition I've already lost more than my weekly goal weight almost 2lbs in a week! I would highly recommend this trainer to anyone. I know that with this progress and focus I will be able to reach my goals in no time.

Let me just start off by saying that it works if you work it! I have seen changes in myself, body and mind, beyond what I ever expected when I hired Keith. The support, motivation and commitment to my fitness success, combined with his vast knowledge and his honest tenacity to change lives are a true recipe for unbelievable results. He truly makes you feel as though we are a team in our efforts and it makes all the difference. Keith does not put food in my mouth or walk me to the treadmill on the days that I don't see him, but he is just a text away in the moments when I am feeling weak or when I am questioning anything. There is no comparison to previous trainers I have had. Hands down, the best!

"Hello my name is Shannon and a little over a month ago I posted on craigslist look for a personal trainer. I have always belonged to a gym but never followed through with a trainer. I have also never really had a weight problem until after my third child. I am 31 years old, 175 pounds and in the military. The reason why I looked for a trainer was because I have only a limited amount of time for the military to get my fitness and weight under control or they boot me out. Keith was one of five who responded. In fact only three responded quickly to my posts but the only one that actually responded to my questions in my ad was Keith. The other two just tried to sell me on their prices and didn't respond to the questions I specifically asked. One of which was that I needed nutritional help besides physical fitness to ensure weight loss and what their plan would be to help me with that. I was still very skeptical of everything Keith was promising he could do for me. I also checked out and tried many other options before posting the craigslist ad. I bought Hydroxycut and talked to personal trainers at gyms. The one thing I didn't like about the trainers at the gyms was that when I left the gym how was I going to ensure weight loss? I posted in my ad that I needed to lose 35 pounds in three months and pass my army physical fitness test. The army test ensures I run 2 miles in a certain time, 20 pushups, and 50 situps! Right now before working out my 2 mile run is over 24 mins and I gasp for air like I'm dying. . . ha ha (not funny) and I can only do 20 situps because I have no core due to childbirth. My child is two years old though and I still haven't lost the weight! The reason I decided to go with Keith is not because of price but wonderful service! I had many questions for him including how he was going to ensure I would lose weight! He was the only one that responded with a response that made me confident. It has only been a few weeks and I start the training sessions next week but let me tell you the service I have had in the past few weeks. I asked Keith how he would help me with my food intake compared to other personal trainers and what he has told me and what he has done has been phenomenal! Even without working out with him yet I have already noticed a difference in my weight and I didn't have to go to some special store or even choose organic food. Regular healthy choices with a regular grocery list! I will post my results on here the next few weeks so that you do not have to be skeptical like I was before hiring Keith!

He is fantastic! Can't tell much cause today it was my day time working out with him, but I totally believe I am going to reach my goal.
