The tech was extremely polite. However, the company charged me $150.00 to do an evaluation of the problem with the elliptical. Send me an estimate for $629.00. Seems quite outrageous. The repairs will end up costing almost as much as what I paid for the elliptical brand new.

They estimated 2-3 hours but it took nearly 5 hours. Great set up but greater cost due to fees charged by half hour of work. For 2 extra hours that was high cost, but once they reached 3 hours there was no turning back. Great 2 person team.
