Project Start & Planning Fee • $75 non-refundable project initiation deposit • This fee initiates your project, including: • Site review • Scope analysis • Work planning and scheduling If you move forward with the project, this amount is credited toward your total cost. If you do not proceed, the fee compensates for professional time and planning. ⸻ Labor Classifications • General Labor – Manual labor only (no tools or equipment) • Skilled Labor – Any use of tools, equipment, or specialized techniques ⸻ Landscaping Project Deposits • Jobs under $2,000: Full deposit required • Jobs over $2,000: 100% materials deposit + 50% labor deposit. Other half due upon completion. Open to 25% labor deposit . But each day will require deposit before start of work day. This structure ensures materials are secured and your project is completed without delays. ⸻ Optional Fees (When Applicable) • Bonded & Insured Projects (HOA / Commercial / Jones Act requirements): • $350 administrative • compliance fee $400 • Shopping & Material Delivery: $200 flat fee ⸻ No Deposit Option Prefer not to place a deposit? • Client may provide all materials • Payment due at end of each workday • Site preps requires 25% or 50% deposits.
