Ray came out to my house to fix an issue with our garage door. The bracket connecting the J-arm and the door was bent and broken. Ray replaced it but quickly notice that the real problem was the garage door not closing all the way down and he re-calibrated the motor. He also took the time to lubricate the garage door. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable technician who goes the extra mile. I'm very happy!
D & D Garage Doors Tampa's reply
Thank you, Luis, for your kind words about Ray's service; we're glad to hear he was able to resolve the issue and provide a great experience!
