The plumbing company did an excellent job from start to finish. They were professional, arrived on time, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The repair/install was completed quickly and the quality of the work was great. They also cleaned up after the job was done, which I appreciated. Lili's Home Source went above and beyond. Ricardo treated my plumbing issue as urgent. He was able to come the same day while he was here. He saw something else that needed to be addressed that I hadn't even thought about and it wasn't him trying to get more money--it was him giving me information to help me and I really appreciate it. He had to go to the store to get some materials and he was prompt--came right back. Such great customer service -nice, friendly but he he knows his stuff very very talented!! I just had a couple of things done but he has lots of talent so I will definitely be calling on him again for some additional work.
