Courtney assessed the problem and showed me the concerns with other areas of my dryer. He took the time to perform preventive maintenance lubricating my pulleys and cleaning out all areas. He did a thorough job and took steps to prolong the life of my appliance.

He had a pretty simple fix to perform, but in a very difficult area to access, he figured out the best way to access the plumbing area without scratching walls or damaging anything. He performed his tasks and cleaned up and was on his way. Very good work.
