I was conflicted about how to write this review. Natasha (who did dispatch) was pleasant and responsive. The tech was friendly and did a good job installing the 3 curtain rods. Scheduling was very difficult- the first day the tech was “on his way” to me for 6 hours (with regular updates blaming traffic) until we rescheduled. The second day we booked for 6pm. Over an hour later the tech had to cancel due to an auto accident. The third day we scheduled for 8:30am as we had another obligation to get to. The tech arrived at 9:20. He did the job quickly and cleaned up after himself. He was polite and respectful. When booking the job I was quoted $45 per hour, based on how long the job actually took. From the time the tech pulled in the parking lot to the time he completed and collected payment was 1hr 10 min. The amount he charged was $75. He also refused payment via thumbtack, so be prepared with a card they can charge with their machine. If there was a minimum time (in this case 1hr 40 min?) that was fine but should have been disclosed. We definitely could have given additional tasks to fill the time.
