Miguel is the guy! Not only did he complete the various projects as agreed, to include working through a couple unforeseen obstacles, but because they took a little longer than he anticipated and quoted, he actually asked me to not pay him the agreed upon amount due to the "inconvenience"! Who does that? Obviously, I paid him as agreed, but I felt that his integrity and work ethic were definitely worth mentioning. The various projects ranged from patching up a hole the wall, basic electrical, to plumbing. I will definitely reach out to Miguel again if and when needed...
