Miguel is the guy! Not only did he complete the various projects as agreed, to include working through a couple unforeseen obstacles, but because they took a little longer than he anticipated and quoted, he actually asked me to not pay him the agreed upon amount due to the "inconvenience"! Who does that? Obviously, I paid him as agreed, but I felt that his integrity and work ethic were definitely worth mentioning. The various projects ranged from patching up a hole the wall, basic electrical, to plumbing. I will definitely reach out to Miguel again if and when needed...

He communicated well, showed up on time, ready to work. And work he did, nearly non stop. He even observed things I didn't see and fixed those. Very reasonable price for all the work done, and very pleasant to be around. I will call him again, whenever I need more things done.
