FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide upfront, professional estimates based on the scope of work, materials, travel distance, and job complexity. Small jobs are subject to a minimum service charge. Larger or custom projects may require an on-site estimate to ensure accurate pricing. Discounts may be available for repeat clients, bundled services, HOAs, property managers, and larger multi-item projects. Emergency, same-day, after-hours, or long-distance service requests may include additional service or trip fees. We aim to provide fair, transparent pricing with quality workmanship and reliable communication on every job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with gathering details about the project, including photos, measurements, and the customer’s goals for the work. For many smaller jobs, we can provide an estimate remotely. Larger or more detailed projects may require an on-site visit. Once the scope and pricing are approved, we schedule the work and maintain communication leading up to the appointment. We arrive prepared, review the project with the customer before starting, and complete the work as efficiently and professionally as possible. After the job is completed, we walk through the finished work with the customer, answer any questions, and make sure everything is cleaned up properly before wrapping up the project.
