Ivan was on time, gave me a fair price and he was able to tackle a variety of tasks in my new home - changed locks & handles, new smart thermostat, ring doorbell & mount a tv. He even went to the store and got the right kind of drywall anchors to mount my tv, on his own accord. I’ll request his services again.

I hired Ivan to repair some vinyl fence posts which were leaning after Hurricane Milton. He arrived punctualy the next morning. We discussed the job, agreed on the price and he immediately went to work.
Let me tell you, this man is a very hard working person. Although he has some language difficulties, his translation app on his phone solves that easily.
His communication during the job was excellent. He completed the job quickly and cleaned up the job site nicely.
I highly recommend this man.
