FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I ask my customer what kind of work they're looking to do, ask specific details about the nature of said work, and then I ask them to provide me with some photos of the work area and/or the items that need installation. I then work with my customer to plan the project on the best possible day and time, along with a quote during that same phone call. For most projects, turnaround time from initial booking to work completion is usually within 24-48 hrs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a background in apartment maintenance, having worked across 6 different properties during my time there.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always had an affinity for working with tools and my hands, so it was a no-brainer to put myself in a field where I'd be able to use that ability.
