Alex was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with our Kenmore dishwasher, had the right part in his truck and repaired it on the spot. Will use Alex for any future appliance repairs.

Alexy responded quickly (the same day) assessed the problem and gave me an affordable estimate. At first I was disappointed when we realized the parts needed for the repair was uncommon & unavailable locally. Alexey found a way to locate and order the parts from another state for delivery. In a few days the job was done. I was happy to have my dryer up and running again before Christmas.

Aleks was very professional, found the problem and fixed it quickly. He was also honest in evaluating the shuddering of the washer when in wash cycle. I appreciated his recommendation and only charging me the $50. Fee when he could have charged more. Thank you Aleks and Oldsmar technicians!

Oldsmar Technians was pleasant surprise with his responsiveness and professionalism. We had to order a part and he communicated the status until delivery... (bug plus as I like to be looped in). He completed the job and provided a detailed analysis of what caused my dishwasher to stop pumping water during the cycles. I highly recommend!
