Andrii did a fantastic job. He was thorough, professional and quick. He also showed up on time and made sure to clean up afterward. He even stayed to help me with a WiFi issue which wasn’t a part of the scope of his job. I will definitely hire him again.

Andrii from SmartNova installed my entire hometheatersystem along with more than 20 in-ceiling/wall speakers throughout the house and outdoors. He set up 7 security cameras, a smart doorbell and 3 WiFi access points throughout. Everything is exactly as I wanted. He was exceptionally professional, punctual, and precise in every aspect of his work—always maintaining a spotless workspace and treating my home with great care. The project was fairly priced, completed on schedule, and the quality of his craftsmanship was outstanding. I can’t recommend SmartNova highly enough—he’s the best in the business for any AV installation, large or small.

I thought I could do a Samsung Frame TV install myself, but decided to hire someone to do it. I'm glad I did. Andrii proved to be experienced in the installation and did it much faster than I could have. He found that the wall surface had a curve in it and knew how to deal with it.And all for a very competitive price!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can do the quote for the project, if we have all the data needed or it's just a simple task. And we can do the estimate first that will change at the final price, when something needs to be added or removed.
Sometimes we charge hourly when the work consists of varied tasks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you know what you need, we just come and do it :) If you need help with designing a system, selecting equipment, understanding various processes, call us, we will give you the information in the simplest possible form. Then we approve the cost of the work and will complete it on time.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My name is Andrii Korostin, i am the owner of SmartNova LLC.
I got my mechanical engineer degree in Ukraine, in 2004.
I have a lot of experience in installing AV systems and Home Security systems.
