Minimum service charge: $195 (includes up to 3 hours of labor). Additional labor is billed at $70 per hour. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a $65 cancellation fee.

I had a good experience working with this contractor to repair my Schlage electronic deadbolt, keypad, and lock. I had an issue with the deadbolt, not throwing properly to enable the door to shut. The contractor was professional handled the job within 10 minutes. He also took the time to change the screws in the deadbolt so that it was properly fitting.
Vadim changed three exterior door locks for me. He was quick to respond. He bought the three locks so I didn’t have to and he replaced the three locks with no trouble even though they were really old. His fee was very reasonable and I am hiring him for an additional job. Highly recommend.

Had a home security system installed that came with a smart door lock that the technician said the door hole needed to be widened in order to fit. Found Vadim on thumbtack and gave him a shot, turns out the hole did not need to be widened but the tech was not installing it properly. Vladimir was on time and very professional and gave me some great tips. I will be reaching out to that home security companyfor full refund for something they failed to install that should know how to.
