- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive and transparent pricing tailored to each project's scope and complexity. Here's what to keep in mind: Free Estimates: We provide free estimates after an on-site visit or consultation. No Hidden Fees: All costs are discussed upfront. Any changes or additions will be approved by you before work continues. Material & Labor Separation: We separate labor from material costs, and only charge sales tax on materials. Discounts: We offer discounts on a case by case basis. Payment Schedule: A deposit is required to begin work, with progress payments based on milestones. Warranty Included: All projects come with a workmanship warranty—one year. Retainage & Final Payment: A small portion of the total may be retained until final walkthrough and approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually try to have a first call with the customer and understand his/her needs. We try to give the customer an idea of the price to see if that's within budget. If that's the case, we organize an on-site consultation.
