Waypoint Property Inspections is the most knowledgeable, professional and flexible company I've ever worked with. Derek drove over an hour to Citrus County to inspect a home for my Buyers from out of state. Excellent work and very thorough. I highly recommend them for all inspection needs!!

Wilmer at Waypoint was very thorough and efficient with the inspection. He answered my questions and demonstrated the knowledge so that I left feeling at ease. His report was also comprehensive yet clear on issues identified. I would use Waypoint, and request Wilmer again.

They were on time and mindful of the property. They did a through look at every part of the house and found some small things ( showed me how through they were and how they look at everything. Was extremely happy with their inspection and will use them again

Brandon was a great inspector! He was prompt and very thorough. He did a great job walking me through the final report and pointing out his findings. Waypoint Property Inspection was a great company to work with overall. They were very friendly and easy to schedule with. The turnaround time was 2 days between scheduling and the inspection. I highly recommend using this company.
