- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my pricing is open discussion and I quote nothing prior to speaking with the client and receiving all pertinent details. I dislike ambiguity and I try to walk through all possible outcome avenues with clients before we get started. I like to always assure the client that the quoted price of the project work is a value we will collaborate on and agree upon together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My number one goal is to make sure a client is comfortable. Before we ever meet, I like to touch base via ***** or video chat at least once to allow the client to hear my voice and have the opportunity to ask me any and all questions available to them. I also like to provide a communication schedule so I can answer questions at a later time if those were not relayed to me via the initial conversation with the client. The key focus, however, is to hear the client’s ultimate end goal/ideal future state and provide all avenues to said finish line, while advising on best practices and clarifying any gray areas for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple years of experience it, smart home eco-system and integration, as well as device construction and programming. I have experience in data analytics and various areas of veterinary medicine as well (general, practice, emergency, specialty like surgery, internal medicine, anesthesia, etc.), which has provided me with an eclectic and robust amount of experience in people leading and communication across various industries.
