The CleanCare Team is a family owned business that opened in 2014. We provide exceptional cleaning services to your home or office using non-hazardous products for your safety. We pride ourselves on being professional, affordable and of the highest quality available. The CleanCare Team enjoys providing personalized service based on the needs of each client individually. Our hope is that our service allows you to enjoy your home or office in a clean and stress free environment. Helping and giving back to our community are key aspects of our mission as a company. Every month we donate to multiple organizations in the Tampa Bay area. Some of these include Cleaning for a Reason where we donate free cleanings for patients who are currently in treatment for cancer. As well as sponsoring and donating to the multiple Oasis pregnancy crisis centers.

They did an amazing job on the house. Coming in, the house smelled amazingly clean, but they used organic/natural products on everything so it wasn't a chemical smell, just clean smell. They did a fantastic job on all the bathrooms and toilets. I felt they were great. I will be hiring them again to do some cleaning for me in the future.

First and foremost, would we hire them again, absolutely yes. This whole cleaning project was a project from hell, but not because of The CleanCare Team LLC or Tasha, who came to the house. First, this was scheduled through Thumbtack about three weeks ago, however, our closing was halted for technical reasons. I called and messaged the other company repeatedly with no reply, I wanted to make sure they didn't show up, and we were not there to let them in, then when trying to reschedule, again, repeated calls without call-back. So I set up another project on Thumbtack, and The CleanCare Team bid and we choose to hire them. Communications was great, but the problems continued (again NOT CleanCare Teams cause) as on our way up to Tampa, our car broke down, and we called to reschedule, and they were very accommodating to the make it the next day, Saturday in the late morning. We arrived 15 minutes early, and Tasha drove up as we were opening the gate, so very timely. She went over what we wanted, and she got to work while we went to go eat breakfast. Upon our return, we discovered Tasha had no water, and was running out of things to do without water. Since this house is on well water, we were very confused, but we tried everything we could do to get the water running. Sadly, Tasha had to leave before finishing, but with no water, we all had no choice. We are going to reschedule to finish, hopefully with Tasha! Thank you very much Tasha!

I used The CleanCare Team for a move-in cleaning. Elizabeth was excellent to work with and really took time to make sure our new house was clean, sanitized and ready for us to move ourselves and pets in. This was a big move for us and it was so wonderful to have piece-of-mind that everything was clean. The value is amazing! I would for sure hire this service again.

The CleanCare Team was great. To begin, I had to cancel at the last minute. Not only were they nice about it but scrambled to find a day that worked. They even tried for later the same day and apologized for not being able to. Keep in mind this was all my fault. The lady that came did a fantastic job. She ask about everything I wanted as it was my first time using them. Once she knew what to do she got busy and done. The house smelled and look cleaner than ever before. This is my second try for a cleaning company and my last since I will be sticking with The CleanCare Team

For one time cleanings we typically charge by the hour. For recurring cleanings we charge per job and would love to provide a free service estimate!

We had a sister company The HomeCare Team LLC that has been providing home care services for the Tampa Bay Area for over 10 years. From working with thousands of people in the home care business we saw a huge need for compassionate, professional, reliable and affordable cleaning services. We have worked very hard to do this and become a trusted name in cleaning services as well!
